To the Hampshire and Isle of Wight branch of the HDA

The HDA (Huntington’s Disease Association) is a national charity which provides support for families affected by Huntington’s Disease (HD).

The Hampshire branch is a support group for sufferers, carers, family members at risk, and all those affected by HD in and around Hampshire.

We are part of the national organisation, but more informal as well as more local. We hold regular meetings, go on social outings together, and meet and share experiences whenever we feel the need.

Welcome to our website. If you have any connection with HD, and live in or near Hampshire or the Isle of Wight, welcome to our family too.

This site includes contact details in case you’d like to get in touch, and dates of all the meetings and events which are planned for this year.

We’ve got an unusual event (for us) coming up. If you can, come along and join in. It’s ‘An Evening With Elvis’, at The Queen’s Arms, Bunnian Place, Basingstoke, RG21 7JE. Date: Saturday 28^th April. Start time is 9pm, and it finishes somewhere around 11.30pm or midnight.

 

Ticket price depends on you, but a suggested donation is £3.50 each.

 

For every meal purchased £1 will go towards the HDA. Oh, and there’ll be a raffle.
